Freeze Drying Foods at Home: Rob and Jessica Felt

Jessica was born and raised in Denver, Colorado. She served a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Nagoya, Japan. She graduated from BYU where she studied Japanese and Business. She loves sports, especially mountain biking and skiing. She volunteers for Mt Mamas, an organization that empowers women to experience outdoor adventures and build confidence. Rob was born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah, but finished up high school on the Hawaiian Island of Molokai. He served a mission to Hiroshima, Japan, and graduated from BYU with a degree in Japanese and Business. He works in Software Product Management at Entrata, with a focus on international expansion. The Felts moved to Lehi with their 4 children in 2019 and started freeze drying at home in 2021. Their favorite foods to freeze dry include Ice cream sandwiches, pineapple, and apples.
